At Club East, the health and well-being of our guests and employees are of paramount importance. We are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19, following the guidelines and advices from local authorities, and listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our guests and staff.
We have proactively implemented a series of precautionary measures on top of our usually strict hygiene standards. Below is an update on the measures we have in place to ensure a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for all –
Public Spaces

Conduct body temperature check for all persons entering the member’s club premises

Increased sanitisation frequency of frequently touched surfaces at lobby, corridors, lifts, and washrooms

Hand sanitiser dispensers are installed visibly in common areas

The operation hours of guest facilities such as Restaurant, Spa and Fitness Centre will be adjusted to comply with social distancing regulations. Guests are advised to visit our official websites for the latest updates

Guests will be refrained from staying at the hotel if they:
(i) Are under the HKSAR Government’s compulsory quarantine order; or
(ii) Have travelled any of the locations outside of Hong Kong in the past 21 days; or
(iii) Have had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
(iv) Have lived / stayed at the same building with confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
(v) Are experiencing symptoms of respiratory discomfort
